Harish Raichandani

Harish works at the intersection of Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Corporate Governance. A former Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Operations within the Tata Group, Harish brings over 20 years of corporate leadership and 20 years of consulting practice to the page, including eight years in Board evaluations.

He worked across the Engineering, Manufacturing, Telecom, IT, and ITES sectors in his corporate life. As the founder of Potentia, he has mentored his team to serve over 350 organizations.

As a consultant and executive coach, he partners with the upper echelons to drive enterprise-wide transformation, embed high-performance cultures, and align strategic HR with business goals. Sought for high-impact OD interventions, he helps organizations elevate performance, shape culture, and sharpen strategy. He has steered 50+ Board Evaluations and provides support to corporate Boards to improve Board chemistry, align processes, and nurture dynamic capabilities.

At ISB, he teaches a range of Leadership Development courses covering Change Leadership, Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset, Negotiations, and Conflict Management. Earlier, he taught at the IIMA and other autonomous institutions.

He is a professional member of ISABS, NTL, ICF. He is involved in mainstreaming persons with disabilities to promote an inclusive society through ABBF, and has initiated a private trust for the cause of Business Ethics.
